here's a tip for those who find it difficult to stay hydrated ...
okay so many of us don’t mind drinking more than 2 cups of water a day but the problem is we forget. and this is true story most of us are so caught up on our daily routines that we forget to drink water..so here is the deal what i do is, I have my own personal gallon of water. I fill it up and leave it with me in my room and i make it my job to finish it by the end of the day. You can also set up a every 30 minute alarm throughout the day to remind yourself :) ..The point is stay hydrated, drink water ,it helps your performance throughout the day;) ..

any type of cardio helps burn calories

-going up the stairs
-jogging
-dancing
-even laughing
